CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:

'ICOtec' is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.  Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days.  In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

REFUND POLICY:

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  Where goods are faulty; have been wrongly described; are different to the advertised product purchased on the website; or don't perform as advertised, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS:

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, we may request photos to be sent before returning the item. This helps us quickly find the best solution and improve our processes.


WARRANTY ASSESSMENT:


For warranty assessments, the cost of shipping the product back to our service center is the customer’s responsibility. Once the warranty claim is resolved, ICOtec will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement product to you.


REFUND PROCESS:


Once authorized by ICOtec, refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date of authorization.
